This Belltown, Seattle mixed-use project features 150 condominium units. The building offers residents 3 levels of below-grade parking, retail, and artist’s lofts. We participated in the Master Use Plan (MUP), and provided design development, construction documents, and LEED services in coordination with the architect.
This mixed-use project is comprised of two parcels in Wallingford, Seattle. The facility contains residential, commercial and on-site parking. BRH provided comprehensive site design including grading, water quality, and on-site utilities, as well as adjacent street improvement design.
Taylor 28 is comprised of two five-story, mixed-use buildings in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. We incorporated sustainable features into our design, including rain gardens, stormwater infiltration, a rainwater harvesting cistern for use in landscape gardening and toilet flushing, stormwater detention, and pervious concrete.
BRH was asked to assist with the re-development of this historic 1926 downtown Seattle hotel. Our scope started with work leading towards the acquisition of a Master Use Permit. Next, we provided civil on and off-site design. BRH also prepared full scope surveying on this site.
BRH was involved in civil design for this projected hotel development on the Shilshole waterfront. The scope included due diligence, and on and off-site construction documents that covered everything from utility engineering to runoff control around this waterfront site.
McAllister Hall and the Refectory were modernized and expanded. BRH provided complete permitting and design, including assistance with the City of Seattle Master Use Permit, Conditional Use Permit and a SEPA for the accessory parking lot. Our design alleviated local road congestion during the construction phase.
Wissner Hall, in Seattle, required grading and erosion control plans, a parking layout, storm, water and sewer design, street vacation services and permit coordination. Critical slope areas had to be assessed and factored into the design. The scope also included a design for the upgraded athletic facility.
This facility maintains County vehicles involved in street maintenance, sweeping and emergency services, including snow removal. Site layout includes space for vehicle storage, and stockpiles of sand and gravel. We provided full scope civil engineering and the design of all site utilities, plus street improvements to Stone Avenue North.
