Constructed in 1889 as a hotel, the historic landmark structure was reinforced to meet code and converted to residential and retail use. BRH provided grading design, storm drainage, water supply for domestic and fire systems, sewer design and coordination with the City of Seattle.
This is a 231,000 Sq.Ft. 4-story mixed-use project in Bellevue. Besides standard civil design, BRH performed a drainage basin analysis to demonstrate to the city that downstream improvements were not required. This resulted in savings to the client. BRH also assisted the client through Bellevue’s complex permitting process.

Woodmark at Steel Lake is an assisted living community located in Federal Way. This facility provides 98 senior living apartments for the residents. BRH prepared the site layout and grading design, plus full construction documents and permit support for all site utilities and parking.
The Roxbury Village scope involved the construction of 36 new townhouses, surface parking, play space, and a courtyard area. Engineering design included an adjacent wetland area and regrading around the 11 buildings on the site. Our utility design included a pumped storm drainage system.
