This downtown Bellevue project consists of a two-building mixed-use complex with Safeway as the anchor tenant. Three levels of underground parking serve the retail and five-story towers. Besides utility, drainage, sanitary sewer, water, grading, and frontage improvement design, our scope included surrounding street improvements.
This is a retail and multi-family project in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. BRH’s scope commenced with grading and erosion control planning prior to the demolishment of the original building. On and off-site full scope civil engineering was delivered for the new building.
This landmark project, in Seattle’s Belltown area, was constructed in 1906. It was originally named Crystal Pool. Our scope included the design of street improvements, utilities including water and sanitary sewer systems, a storm sewer system, including detention, and a pump station design.
This Belltown, Seattle mixed-use project features 150 condominium units. The building offers residents 3 levels of below-grade parking, retail, and artist’s lofts. We participated in the Master Use Plan (MUP), and provided design development, construction documents, and LEED services in coordination with the architect.
This mixed-use project is comprised of two parcels in Wallingford, Seattle. The facility contains residential, commercial and on-site parking. BRH provided comprehensive site design including grading, water quality, and on-site utilities, as well as adjacent street improvement design.
Taylor 28 is comprised of two five-story, mixed-use buildings in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. We incorporated sustainable features into our design, including rain gardens, stormwater infiltration, a rainwater harvesting cistern for use in landscape gardening and toilet flushing, stormwater detention, and pervious concrete.
