Meet our Civil Engineering Team
Ted F. Dimof, PE
Ted has been preparing civil engineering designs and construction documents since 1993 and has been with BRH since 2001. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Washington and has held a State of Washington Professional Engineering license since 1999. He is also registered in the State of Montana.
Crafting innovative designs that are also practical, economical and constructible is the type of engineering that Ted enjoys the most. This is made possible because of the breadth of his experience – from single family homes to large commercial developments – has provided him with the conceptual expertise to develop unique design solutions for each site. Ted then applies his technical skills to all aspects of design, including site planning, site stormwater management, utility design, site grading, construction stormwater management and construction administration.
“Family, friends, hops and good food are the basics in life. My philosophy is to keep your life balanced and everything will fit into place.”
Mujib R. Kamawal, PE
Mujib has provided civil site design and consulting since 2006. His work experience encompasses a wide range of private and public projects. Mujib is Washington State Professional Engineer, and a graduate of Linfield College, being awarded a degree in chemistry and a minor mathematics in 2006.
Mujib enjoys the opportunity to work in a cohesive team environment, providing excellent service to his clients. He is devoted to high quality, efficient and cost effective design. Mujib is the quintessential project team player taking on any task to help his team progress, and help his clients reach their milestones.
“With our recent addition to my family, I spend my free time on family activities – which means mostly trying to keep up with our very active toddler, plus changing the newborn’s diapers. I am also challenged daily by trying to fix things around the house faster than our first born, Hakeem, can tear them apart. I’m also a big basketball fan, and hope to turn Hakeem into the next Steph Curry – albeit a bit shorter version.”
Zachary J. Evans, PE
Zachary has been involved in civil engineering since 2007 and with BRH since 2014.
He graduated from Washington State University in 2010 and earned his Washington civil engineering license in 2015.
Zachary is effective in day-to-day coordination with clients, design teams, and public agencies. He is experienced with site development, permitting, low impact design, grading, erosion control, stormwater management, water and franchise utilities, ADA specifications, and construction administration.
“Being new to Seattle, I use my weekends to take advantage of numerous accessible trails in the Cascades. During the week I stay active by biking and playing soccer or staying in to cook, read, and learn about history and politics through my favorite podcasts. I have traveled and explored Central America and East Asia and am always planning my next travel adventures.”
