This project was complicated by the lack of storm drainage and sanitary sewer infrastructure. This required cooperation with the City over land use, and the extension of city-owned lines. The widening of North 143rd was necessary, and the intersecting Linden Avenue North was transformed into an arterial with vehicle, bike lanes, and on-street parking.
