This campus has been a landmark in the Overlake area of north Bellevue. It has undergone several improvements and upgrades over the years. BRH services have included permitting support, full scope site development civil engineering, surveying, and construction administration support.

This mixed-use project is a landmark on Westlake Avenue in Seattle. The courtyard-style design features office and retail spaces with panoramic views of the lake. BRH provided full scope civil engineering and land surveying services, including on and off-site components.

This landmark project, in Seattle’s Belltown area, was constructed in 1906. It was originally named Crystal Pool. Our scope included the design of street improvements, utilities including water and sanitary sewer systems, a storm sewer system, including detention, and a pump station design.

Austin Bell

Austin Bell

Constructed in 1889 as a hotel, the historic landmark structure was reinforced to meet code and converted to residential and retail use. BRH provided grading design, storm drainage, water supply for domestic and fire systems, sewer design and coordination with the City of Seattle.

The Holyoke historic 5-story building, on First and Spring in Seattle, was constructed in 1890, On this site, BRH provided an ALTA survey and ALTA update. We have surveyed numerous landmark buildings that appear on various historic registers. In recent years we have also scanned building interiors and exteriors.

This landmark 24-story mixed-use building on NE 8th Street in Bellevue contains apartment homes, resident spas, a theater, fitness and yoga facilities, and high-end retail. BRH provided multi-phase site monitoring, construction staking, a control layout, as-builts, and grid control.

Benaroya Hall

Benaroya Hall, a downtown Seattle cultural landmark, is the home of the Seattle Symphony. The building sits directly above the BNSF Railway tunnel under downtown Seattle, and is adjacent to the Metro Bus Tunnel. BRH was asked to provide monitoring services to track earth movement during the construction phase.
