The Roxbury Village scope involved the construction of 36 new townhouses, surface parking, play space, and a courtyard area. Engineering design included an adjacent wetland area and regrading around the 11 buildings on the site. Our utility design included a pumped storm drainage system.
BRH provided the site grading and storm drainage system design, including water quality and detention. The existing motel was to be totally demolished and a new Fairfield Inn built on the cleared site. The scope also required the design of water and sanitary sewer systems for this City of SeaTac site.
BRH has provided numerous interior and exterior surveys at the airport for the Port of Seattle, as well as for Delta, Northwest and Alaska Airlines. This project was an as-built survey of a ramp extending from the terminal gate to the Horizon Airline flight line. We also captured a Bombardier’s landing gear configuration to facilitate apron striping.
