This 48-acre site contains several stores including Fred Meyer, Home Depot and Walgreen’s. BRH provided full scope civil services including an open mine pit reclamation plan and traffic mitigation for a half-mile along East Lake Sammamish Parkway. Issues we addressed and solved involved wetlands, groundwater, streams, and slopes.

BRH has been surveying this 27-acre site for over two decades. We have provided topographic surveys, as-builts, ALTAs, lot boundary adjustments and easements, legal descriptions, and construction surveys. We have also been involved in individual lots, such as those for QFC and Home Depot.
BRH has worked on literally hundreds of survey assignments for the Safeway Corporation. The depicted project, for example, included a topographic survey and boundary line adjustment for the development of a new store in downtown Marysville. Legal descriptions for adjacent lots, covenants and easements were also provided.
