This campus has been a landmark in the Overlake area of north Bellevue. It has undergone several improvements and upgrades over the years. BRH services have included permitting support, full scope site development civil engineering, surveying, and construction administration support.

The Yakima field office serves children and families in central and Eastern Washington. BRH provided full scope construction documents for this service facility in Yakima. We were also involved in providing construction phase administrative support.
This mixed-use project is a landmark on Westlake Avenue in Seattle. The courtyard-style design features office and retail spaces with panoramic views of the lake. BRH provided full scope civil engineering and land surveying services, including on and off-site components.
We provided grading, drainage, and utility design for this upscale office building in Redmond. Close coordination was maintained with the City of Redmond during permit applications, design development, and final design, in order to meet all deadlines.
This 11-story mixed-use building near Pike Place contains a hotel, apartments, and street-level retail. BRH’s civil team provided on and off-site construction documents, LEED Platinum design components, road improvement plans for First Avenue and Stewart Street, plus permitting support services, and construction administration.
The Holyoke historic 5-story building, on First and Spring in Seattle, was constructed in 1890, On this site, BRH provided an ALTA survey and ALTA update. We have surveyed numerous landmark buildings that appear on various historic registers. In recent years we have also scanned building interiors and exteriors.
The 20-story Metropolitan Park East and 18-story Metropolitan Park West towers are sited in the Denny Triangle, adjacent to I-5. BRH services included an ALTA survey, boundary staking, and benchmark setting, existing condition mapping, and both construction layout and monitoring.
Rainier Square forms part of the 10-acre “Metropolitan Tract,” owned by the UW. BRH conducted boundary and topographic surveying that extends from 3rd to 6th Avenue, and from Union to Seneca Streets. Our scope also included tunnel mapping and sky bridge as-builts, legal descriptions and exhibits, and parcelization research.
