This complex comprises four downtown mid-rise buildings, and a public park staircase, between First and Western Avenues in Seattle. The project required research, boundary, topographic and ALTA survey services. In addition, we provided monitoring services, construction grid control, and street improvement base mapping.
Production activities at the North Creek Plant in Bothell include newsprint roll storage and conveyance, printing, packaging, and truck loading. BRH provided segregation support mapping and an ALTA survey. We have also completed multiple surveys for the Time’s Seattle HQ facilities.
This plant at Paine Field manufactures cockpit controls. BRH mapped 14 acres, provided lease and easement descriptions, prepared a construction layout and conducted an ALTA survey and a record of survey. Additional services were requested to map 19 surrounding acres of open land, including wetland boundaries.
BRH has served Catholic Housing Services since the late 1990s on sites around the Puget Sound Region. On our most recent assignment, we provided ALTA and topographic surveys for two complexes in Mt. Vernon: La Casa Del Padre Miguel, and the Villa San Isidro Apartments.
The Olivian offers luxury apartments on Olive Way in Seattle. BRH provided an ALTA survey at the time of property acquisition, a full site topographic survey with utility detection and location, a scan and volume calculation during construction, as well as a foundation survey, construction staking and monitoring.
BRH commenced work on this site in 1999 when it was known as Holly Park. Since then we have provided multiple boundary, topographic and ALTA surveys for this 1,400 unit, Seattle Housing Authority development. This has included a 48-acre plat and several short plats as well as numerous construction surveying services.
This Seattle hotel occupies the first 10 floors of a 21-story residential tower. The hotel offers 147 guest rooms and luxury suites, event space and a rooftop pool. BRH provided an ALTA survey and update, a condominium survey with exhibits, legal descriptions, and full scope construction and monitoring survey services.
This 732 room hotel in downtown Bellevue, features 70,000 sq. ft. of event space and a grand ballroom. BRH provided a topographic survey, a boundary line adjustment, and an ALTA survey. Our surveys extended out to Bellevue Way, NE 8th and NE 10th Streets. We also mapped interconnecting pedestrian bridges.
BRH has surveyed Sheraton Hotels in the cities of Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellevue. Scopes have included topographic and utility mapping, foundation surveys, grid layouts, monitoring, and street surveys. For the hotel depicted in Tacoma, we provided an ALTA survey.
