BRH has worked on literally hundreds of survey assignments for the Safeway Corporation. The depicted project, for example, included a topographic survey and boundary line adjustment for the development of a new store in downtown Marysville. Legal descriptions for adjacent lots, covenants and easements were also provided.
BRH has been involved in several surveys at this mall, including topographic and utility surveys, construction surveys, as-builts, easement investigations, and boundary line adjustments. Work has been conducted on the mall property, such as parking lot surveys, as well as for individual stores, such as Best Buy and Babies R Us.
BRH has provided topographic and as-built surveys, utility location and easements, a condominium survey, and SDOT base mapping. Work was conducted both within the market itself, as well as for the parking garage. A second series of surveys were requested, including as-builts of the existing conditions.
Opening in 1950, Northgate Mall was one of the earliest malls in the country. Our work at Northgate goes back to 1986. Since then we have provided survey services on dozens of assignments, within the structure and on the site for the mall owners, as well as for individual stores on the property.
BRH has served Home Depot since 1991, providing surveying and engineering for 17 stores in Washington and Oregon. Scopes have included boundary and topographic surveys, utilities, ALTA surveys, Binding Site Plans, legal descriptions and easements, and also construction surveys.
This museum is the largest private air and space museum in the world. BRH surveyed the 40-acre campus in multiple phases. Scopes on both sides of East Marginal Way included substantial underground utility detection, topography, boundary control solutions, and vertical datum resolution.
BRH provided topographic mapping, from the waterline to the uplands boundary, to support landscape improvements for the 18-acre, City of Bellevue park. Our scope included all locatable utilities, trails, the parking area, the dock, retaining walls and beach areas.
BRH provided a survey for the I-5 border crossing into Canada. This 60-acre assignment included mapping the 20 acre Peace Arch Park, administered by Washington State Parks. In addition to boundary and topographic surveys, we provided aerial control and I-5 ramp surveys.
The University of Washington is renovating the 1.7-mile trail segment that runs through the campus. BRH provided boundary and topographic mapping along the trail, depicting elevations, vegetation, utilities, and surface features. Potholing for utility investigation was required, as was delineation mapping of the wetland limits.
