Rainier Square forms part of the 10-acre “Metropolitan Tract,” owned by the UW. BRH conducted boundary and topographic surveying that extends from 3rd to 6th Avenue, and from Union to Seneca Streets. Our scope also included tunnel mapping and sky bridge as-builts, legal descriptions and exhibits, and parcelization research.
This campus in Kent is an example of the numerous office, and office industrial/warehouse buildings we have surveyed all over the Kent valley. Center Pointe contains over 100,000 square feet of office space, as well as warehouse facilities with loading docks. BRH provided an ALTA survey and ancillary services.
Amazon was founded in Bellevue in 1994. BRH surveyed the Amazon South Lake Union campus and the downtown Seattle HQ complex. Tasks included ALTA surveys, legal descriptions, utility investigations, and topographic mapping. We have also provided scanning services and construction surveying and monitoring.
Founded in Seattle in 1971, Starbucks operates in over 65 countries. BRH provided an existing conditions survey for the headquarters building in Seattle’s SODO neighborhood. This was followed by ALTA survey and ALTA update services.
This landmark 24-story mixed-use building on NE 8th Street in Bellevue contains apartment homes, resident spas, a theater, fitness and yoga facilities, and high-end retail. BRH provided multi-phase site monitoring, construction staking, a control layout, as-builts, and grid control.
This 10-acre $193 million project is a residential, civic, and retail town square. Integration with the Regional Transit Center made it a “Transit Oriented Development.” Our scope included boundary and topographic surveying, a lot line adjustment, existing conditions surveys, and an ALTA survey.
This is a view-oriented luxury apartment and retail building, adjacent to Green Lake, with studio, one and two bedroom units, and full resident services. BRH provided topography and utility detection and location mapping, an ALTA survey, construction staking, and site monitoring.
BRH has surveyed much of the recent development in South Lake Union, including various mixed-use buildings, such as Whole Foods. We have also surveyed Whole Foods stores in Redmond, Lynnwood, and West Seattle – typically providing topographic and ALTA surveys, lot line adjustments, and construction surveys.
Olive 8 is a mixed-use hotel and condominium tower in Seattle. The hotel portion is a 17 story Hyatt with 346 guestrooms. The condo component above comprises 22 floors with 229 full amenity homes. BRH provided construction surveying and layout, plus site monitoring services.
