Taylor R. Schulte, PLS
Taylor has been involved in land surveying since 1996, and with BRH since 2006. He holds Professional Land Surveyor licenses in three states – Washington (2008), Oregon (2011), and Minnesota (2012). Taylor is a graduate of St. Cloud State University in Minnesota and is a member of the Land Surveyor’s Association of Washington (LSAW).
Professional Overview
Taylor enjoys working on all aspects of land surveying. He is skilled in ALTA surveying, topographic mapping, condominium creation as well as land use surveys which include plats and lot boundary adjustments. Taylor’s open approach to communication leads to keeping clients well informed on the status of their projects as well as helping them navigate through local jurisdiction permitting.

“Like many people living in the Northwest, I enjoy the outdoors. Living in Snoqualmie gives my family and I immediate access to the mountains and rivers we like to hike and fish. Though some consider it work, I also enjoy yard work and home repair. I find this relaxing and get a sense of achievement when I have a finished project.”
